SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS 1-250

‘These ‘spiritual insights’ as I call them, are taken from ideas I have been noting down since February 1991. The ideas come to me in many ways. They can be ideas that are triggered by something I have been reading, or by something someone has said to me. Very often they come ‘as if out of nowhere’. Who really knows where our thoughts originate? They can bubble up into our consciousness from deep within our subconscious, or they can—as a logical possibility—drift/shoot into our conscious minds from some external agency. Simply put, I do not know from where my ideas originate. Often, they feel as if they do not entirely belong to me, as if there is some external agency whispering deep into my soul. But I cannot tell if that is actually the case.’

In his soon to be published (Autumn 2026, or Spring 2027) SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS 1-250, (251-500 will now come out as a second volume) Richard Dell wrote back in June1992, the following:

67 (102)

Personal spiritual development is only selfish and self-indulgent if we assume that we are separate from everyone and everything. But as soon as we accept that we are all inter-linked and interconnected—entangled—then we are called upon to enhance our own consciousness, which synchronistically enhances every aspect and strand and element of the entire universe.

28.6.92

To open our own inner awareness

Transcends mere self.

For ALL is ONE.

We open inwardly, and

Thereby ease open:

The inner awareness of ALL.

In his soon to be published (Autumn 2026, or Spring 2027) SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS 1-250, (251-500 will now come out as a second volume) Richard Dell wrote back in December 1992, the following:

145 (191)

Shown in meditation.

There is nowhere to seek for God. God is the universe. The entire universe is the body and soul of God. Every particle and thought etc., is a microcosm of the macrocosm. And as we go higher up the spheres—the planes, the many mansions in the House of God—so that microcosmic quality the more clearly reflects and manifests the macrocosm. At the higher spheres, the universal being of Everything is omnipresent and manifest and apparent in everything—thus the splendour and beauty and unalloyed joy of those spheres. Here on the lower physical plane, the macrocosm is veiled, either locked in the bonds of physical cohesion, or suppressed within the horizons of our doubts and troubles.

15.12.92

The stars are in our souls

And starlight is in our eyes.

Look not outwards for all the wonders of Creation.

It is only stars and starlight out there.

Look inwards.

It is not only stars and starlight within.

It is our EVERYTHING.

It is our souls, and it is our eyes:

All radiant with our wonder.

True free will only properly exists in how we react to, and feel about, events and happenings. This must be so, because that is where true reality lies: in feelings and thoughts. The physical world is not reality in the truest sense—there is more nothing than ‘stuff’ in the physical world. To understand that, just take a peek inside an atom. The ‘space’ between the ‘orbiting’ electrons, and the nucleus, is as vast as the space between our solar system’s planets, and between our planets and our sun. Not only that, the nucleus of every element is made up of protons and neutrons, that in their turn consist of nebulous quarks. But our feelings and thoughts are undoubtedly real, and are ultimately more powerful. And it is the world that is within, that is US. And it is only the world within, that we can take with us, when we depart this world.

10.4.91

And as we explore the true meaning of ALL creation, we shall see that our universe, our cosmos, our creation that we are an integral part of, is primarily and fundamentally to do with consciousness, and with the evolving and unfolding of that consciousness. The cosmos is NOT primarily a physical cosmos. It is ALL mind.

01.01.25

The world outside us is debatable,

Is often beyond our reach.

But our world within is ours, is US,

Is ALL that we have—is ALL that we are—

When we depart this world.

In essence, art is mediumistic. We have only to watch great musicians. So often they can have the faces of those in a trance. That is why all arts are so important. They are deep-set in the pursuit of spiritual truths: truths because the artist is reaching into the inner realities of the Heavens, or in secular terms, is at least reaching into his or her own psyche.

15.3.91

Artist and mystic journey together.

Both delve deep within themselves:

Both thereby transcending themselves,

Both thereby touching the infinite.

Our Threshold Age marks the pivotal time of humanity’s ‘coming of age’. In earlier times, humanity was a petitioner of God. With our Threshold Age, humanity—the sons and daughters of God—enters into a partnershipwith God. This time of our Threshold Age, marks the end of who we are, who we have become. It marks the beginning of who we must ultimately be.
1.3.91

This coming Age,

This Threshold Age,

Marks our COMING of AGE.

The emphasis in sub-atomic physics is on the observer. For the velocity and location of sub-atomic particles are altered simply as a consequence of being measured/observed. In alchemy, the ‘higher’ purpose is that the process of transmutation ultimately achieves the transmutation of the observer—the alchemist. In meditation, as we observe what is happening deep, and ever deeper, in our psyche, so we are transmuted. And being transmuted, what we observe also changes: the one bringing about the other.

20.7.92

Deep in the atom:

Scientists transmute that which is observed.

Deep in the mind: mystics observe,

And are themselves transmuted.

FROM THE INTRODUCTION TO SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS 1-250:

I was with my wife and our youngest son. We were in a restaurant in Monza, the Italian city where our youngest son worked. Not long after arriving in the restaurant, I leaned towards my wife and son, and said, ‘don’t look around, but right now we are in the presence of God.’

Across the other side of the restaurant there was a young couple. They were so in love. And what I saw in them, in that small restaurant, was the key to everything: to our existence, to our beliefs, to our very destinies. When we are in love, we become ONE with the person we love – oh that couple were so ONE with each other. Mothers become ONE with their newborn babies, and perhaps for ever after. That is the key to the universe, to ALL of existence… ONENESS. LOVE. That is why inclusiveness is ALL, and why exclusiveness is an abomination.

In his soon to be published SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS 1-250, Richard Dell wrote back in January 1993, the following:

When scientists say that psychic phenomena cannot exist because they are not testable, and because they are not predictable as things in the physical world are, they seem to forget that at the finest aspect of creation—sub-atomic—the physical world itself is unpredictable.

31.1.93

Deep in our mystic heart,

ALL is not what it seems.

Deep in our atom’s heart.

Swirl NATURE’S mystic dreams.

Deep deep: in You and in Me,

Flow ALL our hidden streams

Of deepest deepest untold Keys:

To mystical atoms,

And to mystic me and thee.
